Can I make an order without creating an account?

Yes, we have guest checkout and simply enter your e-mail on the checkout page. This will not create an account for you, it will simply allow us to stay in touch with you for your order. However, creating an account will make your orders and account management easier, in addition to saving your wishlist on your account so that you can access it on any device, sharing your wishlist, saving your addresses and processing any requests more easily.

Is it possible to order through the Customer Service?

what is the maximum duration to receive the order after confirming?

After confirming the order and done with the payment it will take maximum 4 days to reach the customers inside UAE and 7-14 days outside UAE (other countries)

Can I cancel my order after confirming?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

we deliver around all UAE areas, gulf countries, and worldwide.

How can I make a payment?

Payment can be made through all Credit Cards and Debit, Apple Pay, (if your bank has enabled them for online transaction), Cash on Delivery, and pay in the shop (pickup)
